Presentation Format Selection

Presentations can be pre-recorded by presenters or you can do your presentation live. Both types of presentation will be followed by the interactive portion of the session. The moderator will keep track of the chat and questions and facilitate the flow of the session.

Please note that all session times listed on the virtual event website are in Eastern Standard Time.

If you do a live presentation, you will need to share your screen for slides.

If you decide to pre-record your presentation, we will provide the location to upload the presentation. Your speaker guidelines will include links to 3 tutorials on recording your presentation using different platforms. Regardless of your choice to pre-record, you are required to still join your session 15 minutes before its scheduled time to check audio and video so that you can participate in the live discussion/Q&A portion of the timeslot.
